I haven't had any work done by them... but it's because I can't get ahold of anyone. I have tried calling on several different occasions (4 just today). Every time I have called the listed number, not only does no one answer, but while I am leaving a message someone has picked up the phone and cut me off. I know someone is picking the phone up because I can hear background noise. I say hello, no one responds, then they hang up. Its extremely frustrating and un-professional. Glad I dealt with it this soon though, because it's probably a testiment to how the rest of their business is handled.
