Chase Co saved the day!
Our lawn mower broke down (we have 5 acres!) and we needed to rent a trailer to haul it to Chase Co. and also needed to rent a mower.
I can't say enough about this place and the people who work there! They went above and beyond.
While backing off the trailer, I got the rental mower stuck off the ramp.
Knowledgeable and responsive. These guys are easy to work with and are very personable. It's easy to see that they care more about helping you find the right tool than just taking your money. Recently, something came up that kept me from returning my tool on time. The guys understood and didn't penalize me for the delay. Highly recommend them if you need a specific tool for a job.
I can't imagine what a headache my situation would have been if I had gone anywhere else!
George came to my house and pulled it out with this truck. Not only that, but he mowed around my pool so I wouldn't have to. He then took the time to look at my broken mower and said it needs a new fuel pump. Then he loaded that onto the trailer. The employees here were gracious and incredibly helpful at every turn.
