As a truck driver i see a lot of places, this BK was quick and correct. Pretty clean dining room and rest rooms. Overall, good service!
Went through the drive through, forgot to give me my credit card back. Had to call 4 different times to get someone to answer my call. Finally got through to someone, was told my card was there. I live 25min from this location not to mention it was labor day. Had do drive all the way back up there. No compensation for my time or my gas for someone else's mistake. Contacted the district manager, waiting for a call back.
The service was horrendous. I waited for several minutes before anyone even bothered to take my order. The hamburger was dry. I had to remind them to give me a drink glass. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not worth the wait.
Burger was made wrong with no apology. New burger was cold with cold cheese and hard bun. Took 10 minutes to get replacement cold burger. Was given an oh well attitude when i pointed out new burger was cold. I said i guess i will call customer number on receipt and was told yeah you go ahead and do that in a hateful tone. Totally unprofessional and uncalled for. Certainly not worthy of a $15 an hour pay request if you can't read an order and have a snotty attitude when your mistake is pointed out. The customer pays your wage so how about a little hospitality and humility. If i wanted attitude from a teenager i would stay at home, i have 2 of my own. Hope the manager or district manager wises up and terminates this pitiful employee.
It was okay, kinda dirty, took longer to find a place that wasn't dirty than to get my food.
