I was in Gary Summit Missouri doing a crawfish class for the conservation office when I was driving home I saw the Harley Davidson store on AT highway it was a quarter til 4. I went inside to buy Christmas I was going to spend cash not credit card. I walked in and the young lady says may I help you find something? I told her I was looking for sale items and she says you have three minutes where closing. So I took my $200 back out with me and I will never stop at another Harley Davidson store again. the only Harley Davidson store that I have ever been in that treated me with respect was mid America in Columbia .we went into that store to buy T-shirts for myself and my husband and the associate Whitney was so awesome that I wound up buying my husband a 2015 Dyna Street Bob. We was not planning on making that purchase but we were treated with respect and she was so helpful and so awesome it made it very easy to open my purse. I will never ever buy Harley-Davidson memberbeya ever again thanks to your rude Associate. I didn't think I would find a Harley Davidson store rudder than Gails in Grandview but I did. . I now know why they charge so much, they have enough money not too need customers. . I want to thank Dave at midamerica Harley Davidson for having respect full employees. U are a dying bread.
Cool Shop with a very friendly staff
5 stars for old times sake. Bought a sportster here in 79.... They quoted me a price $1100. Less than floor price. When I got there they Honored the quote.
I drive over 100 miles for service or parts here. It's worth it. Stop going to those shops being bought by out of towners. Shop at a locally owned family HD dealer here. 30 years of business relationship with these quality folks. They will remember your name and treat you as family.
